We limit the collection of personal information to those items necessary to fulfill the purposes identified below.
Account information:
If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on the Dwike Site, we ask for and record personal information such as your name and email address. We use your email address to send you updates and news, and contact you on behalf of other Users (such as notification alerts from project or network activity).
When using the support section of our site we will collect your email address, name, twitter account, facebook account, or other openID account ID for the purpose of allowing you to sign up for our customer support , submit a request, check your existing requests and commenting within the support forum. You may also upload a photo of yourself while using this service, if you no longer wish to have your photo displayed you may log into your account and request to have this removed or contact us at help@dwike.com.
When using our mobile application we may collect device information such as device type, operating system type and application version. We use this information in order to provide an optimized version of our application for your device type.
Dwike may use your personal information for target advertising toward you based on things such as region, gender, interests, goals, habits, etc.
Public Submissions:
We store and may publicly display your public submissions on the Dwike Site. When we display your submission, we do so together with your account name or chosen user name. The term “public submission” refers to the information that you submit or post to the Dwike Site for public display, such as information that you display as part of your public profile, recommendations, and/or publicly facing network pages. For purposes of clarification, information within a project workspace is private and not public, and will not be subject to this paragraph.
Blog:
If you use the blog on this Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these blogs, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these blogs.
Customer Testimonials:
We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.
Private Content:
“Private Content” means the content that you submit, post, or transmit to the non-public areas of the Dwike Site, including but not limited to your secure workspaces.
Feedback:
If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any personal information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.
Activity:
We record information relating to your use of the Dwike Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, time-stamp information, transactions entered into, and parties transacted with on the Dwike Site.
