(“Dwike”,”Dwike Team”, “we” or “us”) with respect to your use of the Web site located at http://dwike.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Dwike and accessed through the Site (the “Services”).

A “User” is anyone who accesses, browses, crawls, scrapes, or in any way uses the Dwike Site. The terms “we”, “us”, and “Dwike” refer to Dwike. The terms “you” and “your” refer to you, as a User of the Dwike Site. The term “personal information” means information that you provide to us that personally identifies you or how you are to be contacted or identified, such as your name, phone number, email address, and any other data that is tied to such information.

Information Collection and Use

We limit the collection of personal information to those items necessary to fulfill the purposes identified below.

Account information:

If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on the Dwike Site, we ask for and record personal information such as your name and email address. We use your email address to send you updates and news, and contact you on behalf of other Users (such as notification alerts from project or network activity).

When using the support section of our site we will collect your email address, name, twitter account, facebook account, or other openID account ID for the purpose of allowing you to sign up for our customer support , submit a request, check your existing requests and commenting within the support forum. You may also upload a photo of yourself while using this service, if you no longer wish to have your photo displayed you may log into your account and request to have this removed or contact us at help@dwike.com.

When using our mobile application we may collect device information such as device type, operating system type and application version. We use this information in order to provide an optimized version of our application for your device type.

Dwike may use your personal information for target advertising toward you based on things such as region, gender, interests, goals, habits, etc.

Public Submissions:

We store and may publicly display your public submissions on the Dwike Site. When we display your submission, we do so together with your account name or chosen user name. The term “public submission” refers to the information that you submit or post to the Dwike Site for public display, such as information that you display as part of your public profile, recommendations, and/or publicly facing network pages. For purposes of clarification, information within a project workspace is private and not public, and will not be subject to this paragraph.

Blog:

If you use the blog on this Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these blogs, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these blogs.

Customer Testimonials:

We post customer testimonials on our web site which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial.

Private Content:

“Private Content” means the content that you submit, post, or transmit to the non-public areas of the Dwike Site, including but not limited to your secure workspaces.

Feedback:

If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any personal information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.

Activity:

We record information relating to your use of the Dwike Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, time-stamp information, transactions entered into, and parties transacted with on the Dwike Site. We use this type of information to administer the Dwike Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of User behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Dwike Site. You cannot be identified from this aggregate information.

Cookies:

We might send cookies to your computer in order to uniquely identify your browser and improve the quality of our service. The term “cookies” refers to small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive while you are viewing the Dwike Site. For example, we may disclose the number of Users that have been exposed to, or clicked on, advertising banners.

You may choose to provide us with another person’s e-mail address so that person may be invited to create an account on the Dwike Site. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person about the invitation. By providing us with another person’s e-mail address, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the person concerned as regards such disclosure to us of their personal information. All invitees are provided with the option not to receive further invitations. We may disclose such information if required to do so in order to comply with legal process, as described above.

Links

The Dwike Site may contain links to third party sites to provide additional, value added services. Except as set forth herein, we do not share your personal information with those third parties, and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We suggest you read the privacy policies on all such third party websites.

Controlling Your Personal Data

To the extent you include personal information in your public submissions, such as a photo of yourself, third parties may be able to identify you, and associate you with your user account, and contact you. Please do not include information in your public submissions that you expect to keep private.

Please also note that the private messages you send or receive using the Dwike Site, and/or the Private Content contained generally within your project workspaces, are only private to the extent that you, the sender/recipient, and/or all project participants with access to the information keep such information private. For example, we do not have any control over whether a recipient of one of your private messages or a project participant publicly posts such information.

Social Media

The Dwike.com web site may use Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button or Twitter Tweet button. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Web site and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on this Web site to a profile page of yours that is provided by a third party Social Media network in order to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Web site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.

Information From Third Party Services

We may also obtain other information, including personal information, from third parties and combine that with information we collect through our Websites. For example, we may have access to certain information from a third party social media or authentication service if you log into our Services through such a service or otherwise provide us with access to information from the service. Any access that we may have to such information from a third party social media or authentication service is in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by that service. By authorizing us to connect with a third party service, you authorize us to access and store your name, email address(es), current city, profile picture URL, and other personal information that the third party service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. You should check your privacy settings on these third party services to understand and change the information sent to us through these services. For example, you can log in to the Services using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. 

Single Sign-On

You can log into certain Services using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or Twitter oAuth Login. These service will authenticate your identity, provide you with the option to share certain personal information (such as your name and email address) with us, and pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect or Twitter oAuth Login give you the option to post information about your activities in the Services to your profile page to share with others within your network.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information, including personal information, with our third-party service providers that we use to provide hosting for and maintenance of our Websites, application development, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services for us. These third-party service providers may have access to or process your personal information for the purpose of providing these services for us. We do not permit our third-party service providers to use the personal information that we share with them for their marketing purposes or for any other purpose than in connection with the services they provide to us.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Security

Your account is password protected. We use industry leading measures, including site wide secure sockets layer protocols to protect the Private Content, the project workspace information, and personal information that is stored in our database or sent using the Dwike Site. We limit the access to your personal information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel. If you have any questions about the security on the Dwike Site, please contact us. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that your personal information will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy and Security Policy.

You hereby acknowledge that Dwike is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

Confidential Information

We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that Private Content and any information shared in a private project workspace remains private and confidential between the project participants. We intend for confidential communications that are traditionally protected under a legally recognized privilege, such as attorney- client, doctor-patient, or psychotherapist-patient privileges, to be protected when those communications take place in a private project workspace. Privileged and confidential information that is intercepted in an unauthorized or unlawful manner should continue to be privileged and confidential. However, information shared between project participants in a project workspace may not be considered privileged and confidential if you or other project participants with access to the information make such information public or available to others. Information communicated by you in public submissions is not considered private and is most likely not protected by any of the aforementioned privileges.

On occasion, our employees or other companies hired by us may need to access information in your private project workspaces to perform certain services related to customer support or site maintenance. Those employees or other companies are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Such access should not impact any privileges related to the information.

E-mails and Opt-out

If you do not wish to receive promotional email from Dwike about our products and services, you may opt out at the time of registration or by logging in to your account settings online and updating your contact preferences. Please note, even if you opt out of receiving promotional email from Dwike, you may still receive transactional and relationship emails, including messages relating to transactions or services you have specifically requested, responding to any email from you to us, notifying you of updates or changes to our policies and procedures, or which otherwise provide you with information we believe is important to users. Our systems require time to update, so your opt out requests may not update immediately.

Changes To This Policy

We may revise and update this Policy at any time. We will provide notice that changes have been made by posting the revised Policy and updating the revision date at the top of the Policy. We encourage you to review the Policy whenever you visit the Site to make sure that you understand how your personal information is treated..
